SNfMH Services

We understand that everyone experiences mental health challenges differently.

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to coping, and that's okay. At Staffordshire Network for Mental Health (SNfMH), we have a team of experienced professionals working across Staffordshire to offer support, guidance, and resources to help you navigate your mental wellbeing journey.

Our Services

Our range of support services are designed to help people learn more and manage their mental health challenges, in an approachable, non-judgemental environment.

Mental health in the workplace is often a taboo topic. We want to help employers break down the stigma with our range of workshops and support. Fact: happy employees are 13% more productive!

This program is specifically designed for veterans, service personnel, and their families. It focuses on developing mental wellbeing strategies unique to the military experience. Our links with partner organisations also allows us to offer our Thrive programme, specifically for those who have suffered from PTSD.

These workshops provide a safe and supportive environment to learn practical skills for managing mental health. We cover a range of topics such as stress management, communication skills, and building resilience.

Do you want to make a difference to mental health in Staffordshire? We're looking for passionate individuals to volunteer to become Mental Health Ambassadors. Raise awareness, challenge stigma and connect people to offer support.
