The workshop run by SNfMH was fantastic, I'd highly recommend!
The toolbox organisation represented by Emma Wicks at the Well this year has been a very helpful aid to our guests , and indeed our hosts. Emma is well known and trusted, which is illustrated by many one to one meetings with herself. The benefits of talking through issues and short to medium goal setting has helped a lot of our group.
We also had an extremely clear and confidant presentation explaining the introduction to toolbox. Emma helped us to create a personal wellbeing action plan as a group. We looked at some strategies for coping with stress and anxiety. There were over a dozen people who attended and the atmosphere that Emma created, facilitated a really open discussion, including positive feedback about how valuable our well being space was here at Wade Street. We hadn’t previously heard these kind of comments, so it was really encouraging for us. Thank you!
As a small charity, we rely on funding and support from our followers. We have several ways that you can help us to help others, from volunteering to regular monthly donations and sponsorship opportunities for businesses.
