What a night! On Friday, 12th April we celebrated our 21st birthday with a dazzling Big Bash Ball at The George Hotel in Lichfield. It was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, good company, and most importantly, raising vital funds to continue supporting mental health across Staffordshire.
A Huge Thank You!
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came together to make this event such a success. A big thank you to all our wonderful supporters who joined us for the celebration. Your presence and generosity mean the world to us!
Special thanks also go to our headline sponsors, Logistics World and Staffordshire Web Design, for their incredible support. Their contribution was instrumental in making the evening possible.
Celebrating 21 Years of Supporting Mental Health
The Big Bash Ball was a chance to reflect on 21 years of dedicated service to improving mental health in Staffordshire. Executive Operations Manager, Gemma Giles, shared some insightful words about SNfMH’s work. She highlighted the support we provide to individuals facing mental health challenges, while also discussing the positive impact we have on businesses through promoting healthy workplace environments.
Gemma’s presentation included a fun, yet thought-provoking demonstration on the “life luggage” we all carry. This reminder of the burdens we face resonated with the audience, underlining the importance of seeking help when needed.
Supporting the Toolbox Programme
The generosity of our supporters truly shone throughout the evening. A fantastic £2,976 was raised, which will be used directly to support the delivery of our flagship Toolbox program within Staffordshire communities.
The Toolbox Programme equips individuals with the tools and resources they need to manage their mental wellbeing. Thanks to your support, we can continue to empower people across Staffordshire and help them build brighter futures.
Onwards and Upwards!
The 21st Birthday Big Bash Ball was a night to remember, filled with celebration and a renewed commitment to supporting mental health within Staffordshire. With the continued support of our amazing community, we look forward to making an even greater impact in the years to come!
